– Website development depends on our work load and also on the client’s required material providing for the website like details of company, products, logo art, etc.

– If client has their own domain name like .com,.pk, etc., then subdomain will not be issued.
– If a client have a blog then they can have access for posting on the website, but Digilab.pk will not be responsible it something goes wrong to the website.
– Cpanel or Anyother kind of Backend Access is not given to the client unless it is being offered in the website designing package.
– Free Technical Support will be given for 1 month which will include the changes in the text, images or email which has been published in website. No Extra service like extra page creation, extra email, extra photos shall be published after the website gone live and approved. You need to contact us for further quries or changes, that may require some extra fee for that service.
– Client has to select a template and coloring from the provided templates, for a custom colors, design please contact us.
– For updating or backup of website and maintenance client has to pay extra amount depending on their website situation and package.
– If client wants to own the backup or developed website of yearly related package, they need to pay the same yearly amount to get the full website backup.

What is the difference between website and Ecommerce websites?
A website is an online platform for information, services, or content, without direct selling. An eCommerce website is designed for buying and selling products/services online, featuring shopping carts, payment gateways, and order management. Simply put, all eCommerce websites are websites, but not all websites are eCommerce.
What I need to provide for a website project to start?
You need to provide us a complete company profile which can be sent to us through email in the form of pdf or word document. Images related to your company i.e: logo, products, etc. should also be provided by you. Or if you have an old website then we you tell us what you want to include or exclude from it. You also need to tell us few other things like your prefered email id, color, template, etc. You will be provided a complete form or required things’ questionaire which you need to fill and send back to us.
When I will get my complete website live on internet?
Website project will start once the required payment is made. And you project completion time depends on how quick you provide the required things. Maximum time required will be 2 weeks after all things provided. And minimum time is 24 hours depending on work load and this includes only business days.
Will I get a complete access of the website?
No. You will only be provided the access to the email ids. For updating website or removing any thing from website or complete website you need to contact us. We charge fee for this service depending on the type of work.
Why domain name prices are different?
It depends on the domain name extensions as well as on the issuer of the extension. Like .pk, .com.pk are locally used for Pakistani domain names for Pakistan related or businesses working in Pakistan. And Pk related domains are paid for 2 years in advance. So you need to pay domain name price in advance depending on the current rate.
If I have my own domain name, can I attach it to your hosting?
Yes, you can ask us to attach your own provided domain name with our hosting for the website made by us.
